Terms of Service — BlackPip

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blackpip.com and any related comparison tables, calculators, tools, or content (collectively, the "Services"), operated by BlackPip ("BlackPip", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What BlackPip is — and isn't

BlackPip is an independent information and comparison platform for proprietary trading firms, forex brokers, and cryptocurrency exchanges. We publish comparisons, promo codes, and deals to help you evaluate options faster.

BlackPip is not a broker, exchange, prop trading firm, custodian, or financial adviser. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, or have access to your trading accounts. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

The Services are not directed at, and may not be available to, residents of certain countries or jurisdictions where such use would be restricted by local law (for example, our site currently restricts access from Australia; this list may change without notice). It is your responsibility to confirm that using the Services and engaging with any partner firm, broker, or exchange is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Prices can move against you, and you may lose more than your initial deposit. Any comparisons, statistics, or past results shown on the Services are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future performance. You should independently verify all terms with the relevant firm, broker, or exchange, and seek independent financial advice before making any trading decision.

4. Third-party content, links, and referrals

The Services contain information about, and links to, third-party prop firms, brokers, and exchanges ("Partners"). We may earn a referral commission when you sign up with a Partner through our links or promo codes — this does not change the price or terms you are offered.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings, fees, and promo codes accurate and current, but terms are set and can be changed by the Partners at any time without notice to us. BlackPip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party offer, and is not responsible for the products, services, terms, or conduct of any Partner. Any agreement you enter into with a Partner is strictly between you and that Partner.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external sites.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blackpip.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are inactive for an extended period.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Services without our written permission.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with BlackPip or any Partner.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates this section.

7. Intellectual property

The BlackPip name, logo, and the design, layout, and original content of the Services are owned by or licensed to BlackPip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except as necessary for normal personal use of the Services (for example, viewing comparison tables). Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to third parties (such as Partner brands) remain the property of their respective owners.

8. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate, and information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain mistakes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackPip and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services or your dealings with any Partner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BlackPip harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any concern about the Services or these Terms informally. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@blackpip.com so we can work toward a resolution in good faith before any formal action is taken.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under generally recognized principles of contract and e-commerce law applicable to online services, independent of any single jurisdiction of incorporation. Where a specific governing law or venue is legally required to make this clause enforceable (for example, if a formal dispute or claim arises), that law and venue will be determined based on the applicable rules of private international law at that time, and may be specified in a supplementary notice. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own place of residence, which continue to apply regardless of this clause.
